Campus revives homecoming After an absence of several years, homecoming returned to Bradley complete with house decs, a homecoming queen and an all-school formal. And of course there was basketball - there had to be that. Although a 64-54 loss to New Mexico State dampened spirits a little, the all-school dance held afterwards at the Peoria Hilton was still a gala affair. Rosemary Cairo, sponsored by Sigma Nu fraternity, was chosen as the homecoming queen. cLights, Action, Carnival' nazi-:lf ' If Cinerama '75', was the theme of Bradley's 24th annual Campus Carnival. A variety of booths at the carnival were sponsored by campus hours organizations. For a mere dime ticket, people had a chalice to win prizes like stuffed animals. mugs, candles and a 10-speed bike. Cluttons were satisfied with the usual belly-stuffers - hot dogs, popcorn, cotton candy, sno-cones. ice cream and assorted beverages. Weary bodies and aching feet went home with participants after the 27-hour dance marathon. Dorene Busch, impersonating the notorious Bonnie Parker, was crowned Queen Charity. King Hilarity tP1obert Wagnerl resembled the cute Harpo Marx. Entertainment of all kinds was a major highlight of' the Carnival, ranging from belly dancing to jazz and rock music. Sigma Chi's and Alpha Epsilon Phi's third Rock-A-Lot raised S1500 as Phil Bailey sat and rocked for 50 in downtown Peoria.
