Campus revives homecoming After an absence of several years, homecoming returned to Bradley complete with house decs, a homecoming queen and an all-school formal. And of course there was basketball - there had to be that. Although a 64-54 loss to New Mexico State dampened spirits a little, the all-school dance held afterwards at the Peoria Hilton was still a gala affair. Rosemary Cairo, sponsored by Sigma Nu fraternity, was chosen as the homecoming queen. Plans were made this year to continue the homecoming tradition which had been absent from Bradley since 1970. 1 ,H 1f41H -- - .JY-1,m1--fr ff-Q toni' 'N

hard-cover books, napkins or most regally in the hand since Sunday din-din was discontinued in the dorm cafeterias. The lazier ones order out for a gondola from Avanti,s or pizza from Country Villa Cfor delivery, of coursej. Freshmen and sophomores unaccustomed to Peoria's Sunday night-life flock to nearby McDonald's, L's and Steak in, Shake Cmore than the milk is shaken by the end of the meall to nourish their growing bodies. The juniors and sen- iors have found the more sophisticated spots for dining: Barnaby,s, Lumis and the Inter- national House of Pancakes. Maybe sophisticated isn't exactly the term to use, but at least theyre located far enough from campus to enjoy a change of scenery land smellj. If none of these places suited you, you could always load up on dorm peanut butter and jelly sandwiches during Sunday lunch for evening dining. Whatever the case, Sunday prowling bites.
