Aquadettes are a group of men and women who work together in the field of synchronized swimming. ln addition to devel- oping swimming skills the group works to present an original show. The spirit of Bradley U. is shown by its Cheerleaders who perform at try-outs held in the fall. This year striking new uniforms have been added to the squad. Merri-N-ettes are BU's precision dance and drill team. Performing and ushering at several home basketball games are some of their duties. This year the team had the honor of performing at the Chicago Bears' football game at Wrigley Field. The group sends speakers to represent the school at national contests. WCBU - the voice of Bradley in Peoria is an educational experience for students and a source of diverse educational programming for Peoria. The station, which just switched from WRBU to WCBU, comes to the Peoria area on the FM station 88.3. Sigma Alpha Iota is a women's professional music fraternity. The group encourages participation in the performing arts throughout the nation. The girls serve as ushers for school and community con- certs. Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia is a national professional fraternity for advancing the cause of music. The group performs service activities for the School of Music and sponsors an annual concert series.
