Formed in 1965, the Accoun- tancy Honor Society is open to all junior and senior accounting majors with a 5.5 overall and a 6.0 in the field of accounting. The group sponsors field trips to local accounting firms, and speakers at their meetings and banquet. Alpha Pi Mu recog- nized outstanding achievement in the field of industrial engi- neering. The sponsoring of stu- dent-faculty get-togethers en- able the members to know the faculty and to understand them and each other better. The National Civil Engineering hon- orary fraternity, Chi Epsilon promotes high ideals and inter- est for its members. The group strives for the betterment of civil engineering in society. A national electrical engineering honor society, Eta Kappa Nu confers membership upon students with high scho- lastic achievement. The group takes part in many events during the year. The purpose of Kappa Omicron Phi, a national Home Economics Honor society is to further the interests of Home Economics. The group takes part in many eventsgincluding a na- tional project.
