In an effort to create increased interest in foreign affairs the Model United Nations Steering Committee plans its semi-annual General assembly. The commit- tee is responsible for preparing an agenda, selecting officers, and obtaining guest speakers. Radio Board of Control is a group of concerned students and faculty members governing the operations of WCBU, Brad- ley's campus radio station. It is the responsibility of this group to supervise the personnel, man- agement and development of the WCBU Radio Station. Obtaining known groups and speakers for the Bradley campus is the responsibility of a group of students and faculty known as the Lecture-Concert Commit- tee. Personalities visiting the campus this season included such renowneds as: Bob Hope, David Susskind, Ralph Nader, and the Blood, Sweat, and Tears. Acting as an advisory committee to the Scout and the Anaga, the Publications Board assists in the selection of editors, business staff, and in the planning of new budgets. Reorganized into the Publications Council, it now al- lows student assistance from the journalism department.

Student Center Board is respon- sible for sponsoring various activities for the student body. Events this year were movies, coffee hours, and blood drives. Besides planning these events the board oversees the workings of many committees. Campus Carnival Steering Committee is responsible for laying the basic groundwork for Campus Carni- val. The various committees or- ganize the booths, parade, queen and king contest, and auction. This year's committee successfully organized Brad- ley's Bigtop Benefit into an enjoyable event for everyone. The Homecoming Steering Committee must begin planning events early in the spring for a successful fall homecoming.
