Campus 'clnterruptsv For Homecoming Weird forms begin to take shape on dormitory lawns, returning alumni tour the growing campus, students practice stunt show routines as they walk to classg these are but a few of the indications that Homecoming has arrived. The festivities opened Wed- nesday night with students snaking their way down to B-Park for the traditional rat court and tug-of-war, a beanie-less beanie burn, and a jam session. But this was only a prelude to the main events. ln housedec compet- ition, following the general theme of May We Interrupt, twenty-five decs were built, culminating work which began long before the first day of school. Heitz Hall and Off-Campus Men's Association combined to win the Sweepstakes Award with their '4Let the Braves Put You in the Winners Seatw which was a take-off on the Hertz television commercial. Phi Kappa Tau, Pi Beta Phi, Alpha Kappa Psi, and Lovelace-Wyckoff Hall won in their respective divisions.

V Satires Enliven Stunt Show Marching aspirin tablets, an imitation Rowan and Martinf, and a well-titled 4'Amateur Hour were all part of the 1968 Stunt Show. Twenty-seven organizations combined their talents into five shows sati- rizing television commercials. The Winning routine, MWho Stole the Right Guard, de- picted a desert fortress left defenseless by the theft of their protector. It was pre- sented by Sigma Kappa, Gamma Phi Beta, Pi Kappa Alpha, Phi Kappa Tau, Sigma Phi Delta, and Off-Campus Men's Association. After the performances, Aleta You was chosen to reign as queen over Homecoming.
