Weeks-nd's Evenfs During fhe presenfafion of 'rhe awards, eager hands were exfended fo receive fhe precious 'rrophies gained by fhe fop con- fenders in house dec and sfunf show com- pefifion. Harry James and his Music Makers supplied fhe final fouch as fhey played fhe ending sfrains for Homecoming I958. Safurday nighf broughf sfudenfs and alurns fo fhe fielclhouse fo celebrafe fhe Braves' foofball vicfory by dancing fo fhe rnusiciof l-larry James and his orchesfra. As usual, an overflow crowd was on hand and dancing was possible only if each couple sfayed in his own few inches. During fhe infermission, Miss June Balsis and her affendanfs awarded fhe much covefed frophies fo fhe winners of sfunf shows and house decs. l-lomecorning I958 was drawing fo a close amid fhe shrielcs of fhe winners and fhe disappoinfmenfs of fhe groups who were sure fhaf fhey had a firsf place winner.
