ADMINISTRATION OFFICIALS I The otlices of Vice-President and Dean i of the University are key positions in the administration of the school. They carry with them the knowledge, experience and authority which is found in the three men who fill these places: Cecil M. Hewitt, i Arthur C. Haussler, and Chester E. Sipple. Mr. Haussler is a comparatively new addi- l tion to the University while the two other -t men are college administrators of long i standing.
