They carry with them the knowledge, experience and authority which is found in the three men who fill these places: Cecil M. Hewitt, i Arthur C. Haussler, and Chester E. Sipple. Mr. Haussler is a comparatively new addi- l tion to the University while the two other -t men are college administrators of long i standing.
