During this year of study at college, you have seen what has been done in science, literature, art and music to contribute to human happiness. That you have found at Bradley some inter- esting field of endeavor through which you may express your purpose and indi- viduality, is my earnest wish. In its devel- opment and accomplishment may you realize that life is never empty but always full, not limited but limitless. MARY B. HusToN, Dean of Women. The college campus is a place especially fitted to carry out the process of blending the experiences of the elders with the experiments of the younger. How much adherence to tradition-that which has been established by the experiences of the elders-is one of our perpetual social problems and one which has many forms of application and expression. It is my sincere wish that the office of the Dean of Men is an integral and helpful part in the solution of this question-not by dicta- torial nor summary methods, but by con- sultation and conference which has for its purpose the discovery of the highest wisdom with reference to the experiences of the past and the prospects for the future.
