A-SQUAD BASKETBALL The Tornado basketball squad under the tutelage of Coach ,lim Hobbs compiled a record of 15 wins and 8 losses including all tournament games. This year's squad was a fast-breaking, high-scoring unit that averaged 69.3 points per game. One of the highlights of the successful season was a spine- tingling 57-56 victory over the strong Bishop Kenny quint of Jacksonville. The Tornadoes were run- ners-up to P. K. Yonge in the Keystone Conference Tournament and made a determined bid to go to the state tournament but lost a 63-62 thriller to Palatka in the semi-final round of the District Tournament.
