Homeward During 1958-59 season the Bradford section had 44 members. Among the first projects of the year was an educational display entered at the County Fair. The theme, 'gDoor to Good Grooming won a blue ribbon. Later that month a float was entered in the High School Homffcoming Parade. During November, 40 girls attended the District F.H.A. meeting in Palatka. The money-making projects for the year were selling special hangers, candy, cookies and sponsoring a dance. To help improve the school, the Bradford section had two main projects: Seven com- plete sewing kits were made for the school home roomsg The grounds around the Home Economics Wing of the school building were planted with shrubbery and flowers. Highlights of the club meetings were three guest speakers, a demonstra- tional program, a surprise pink-tea prepared by the Home Economics Ill Class and the executive board members of the club. Their local program of work includes projects. programs, and group and individual activities which serve to carry out these purposes of the organizations.
