i Debating Society Since it was formed in 1936, the Debating Club has been one of the major clubs of Bradford Senior High. In 1937 it accepted the invitation to join the Lake Erie Debating League and is now a permanent member. The question this year was: Resolved that the United States shall form an alliance with Great Britain. Our debating teams were composed of the following: Affirmative: Wilda Ogden, Richard Newton and Robert Morri- son: Negative: Bennett Friedman, Manuel Aronson and Donald Moll. Be- cause Dunkirk withdrew from the league, we had only four debates. Of these we won one and lost three. The officers of the club, which meets twice each month in the Carnegie Library, are President: James Cummiskeyg Vice-President: Manuel Aron- son: Secretary-Treasurer: Robert Morrison: Social Chairman: Margery Beyeler: and Membership Chairman: Pauline Ertz.
