WOULD be small wonder if the Members of thc Board of Education became bored with education occasionally. They serve without pay, and often without thanksg truly their lot is not an enviable one. The work of the Bradford Board of Education has been made doubly diffi- cult, because the community has grown so rapidly that it has taxed the ingenuity and resourcefulness of the members to provide ample facilities for housing: and educating our young people. How well they have done this is shown by the excellent reputation the Bradford schools enjoy. liven as this is written, a beautiful new vocational school is in process of construction to care for the needs of the students in our community. The policy of the Bradford Board of Education has always been an enlightened one. They have consistently made it possible for the schools to move forward with the modern trends in education. The depression period saw no retrenching' in any field of activity. The citizens of Bradford can be genuinely proud of their Board of Education, composed of the high calibred men who have the best interests of Bradford at heart.
