Foreword Now on the threshold of a world of uncertainity, tenseness, upheavals, and revolutionary concepts, todays college graduate faces a challenge never before demanded. The situation calls for a brave stand, reflective thinking, sound iudgement, and intelli- gent action. In order to meet these challenges the 1958 graduate must draw a true perspective. He must see the world as a whole, and visualize an endless universe opening up, realizing that man is so infinitesimal a part that he seems almost stationary. He must cherish the fine traditions of the past, but at the same time he must keep pace with progress. It is our fervent hope that these subsuquent challenges will be met and conquered, in short, that Durfee Tech's Class of '58' will triumph. -The Editors 4
