J Semor Class Prophecy As our pilot landed our P 80 than de bolt on Joe olanchard's hill, we discovered ozr lon unseen hometown of BPEQPOPG e had not seen our hometown since graduation day of 1950 We journeyed down Main Street to the Dykes residence to find out what their son, Eldon, was doing To our amazement, Eldon was now supervisor of all the dirt roads of New York State and looking forward to fu ther advancement With less than three hours to visit, we hurried on our way toward the north end of town where we no ticed a new establishment buddinv On reading the sign out front we de cided to investigate le discovered that Janet Race, on graduation from nurses's school, had started her own The hospital now covered half the back yard and she is hoping it soon will cover it all! On looking through the ward we found Carl Sol sky, who was laid up as a result of an injury obtained while trapping e a e chatted awhile and learned that Carl had married his former sweetheart eloise Upon ask ing him his source of income, we found out that he, his wife, and all his little ones were trying to mon opolize the t applng business around Bradford We again noticed our time was run ning short so we decided to move on Upon inquiring at the corner drug store we found out tnat Tony Cyrczak had inherited the Cyrczak mansion We secretly learned that Tony had new hit the scales at 299 as the re sult of lack of work It seems his wife Che refused to tell us her maid en namej had taken over the outside jobs while he wasned tne dishes The young Cyrczaks, now ten in number, have mapped out their plans so that someday they could be as lucky as their father Ve swallowed our cokes and proce eded down the street A little white house, across from the dam, drew our attention The name on the mail box I read Stanley Trssievitz we had known Stanley from one of our so we decided to drop in he we set foot inside we heard noise As we advanced to the room, we discovered it was rolling pin that Stanley had classes minute a loud living only a so ef fectively dodged from the wicked arm of his wife, the former Agnes Spas Agnes had fallen so madly in love wlth Stanley in school that it was only a year after she gradxated that they were hooked Another noise comlng from the bedroom aga1n drew our attention and as we peeked in s'de we found it was only Stanley Jr awakening from his nap Ve left the little white house and journeyed toward Tyrone It seems the Foucks had a new neighbor who built directly across from them in the pasture lot As we walked by, soreono hollered nhello It was r Zeke Bennett, who was feeding his family's only l velihood, the chick ers His wife, the former Aileen nduttercupn Fouck, was irs'de was ing diapers by the dozen Zeke had quit working at lillard, for his pay t'ere would nc er be enough to keep his family Jith less than an hour left moved on up the road At Tyrone we found Loren Little constructing a ten foot brldge across the creek in back of his home It seems Loren had acquired a degree ir mechanical englneering from Alfred University Loren was in a hurry, claiming h had to take his wife, Maxine, to the srow at Loew's theater in Tyrone, on his newly acquired motor scooter We journeyed back to town and head ed for South Bradford On the top of Vachuga hill we discovered a new schoolhouse It seems Pauline and he? husband, Andy Kowalski, couldn't af ord to send all their kids to a dlstrict school so they started one of their own Je sat through class awhile and upon looking at the clock noticed we had but ten minutes before our plane was to take off N hulried back to town and 1 to the lane As we took off we waved good bye to all the happ! memories f Sradford Central School Although Afe and Bernard were too modest CVD to give us a gllmpse f their future, we checked wlth the proper authorities and several bits of interesting information were dis covered Afe it seems, resigned himself to a life of bachelorhood after his girl decided on a career of nursing, and he later specialized in higher mathematics especially geometryl Bernard's future is a bit more ob scure but we found some mention of Neads Creek and also some research work in Chemistry looklng for some trlng to blow up the Chemistry lgb in one easy erperlmentl I . 3 ' 1 , A W rw 1 ' ' - u n - w ' ' - 'L 0 vl'l' .
