Each year Bozeman Senior High sends a golf team and a tennis team to the State lnterscholastic Meet in Missoula. Last spring the boys' team placed fourth in competition against twelve teams from throughout Montana. The members of the Boys' Golf Team are Dick Kilbride, John Kinsey, Tom Oveturf and ,lim Davis. who was State Runner-up last spring. Kathy Davis and Jackie Dunn rep- resent the Girls' Team. This year the Boys' Tennis Team will be composed of Gene Franks and Tom Lehrkind. Mary Iverson and Pearl Nickey will make up the Girls' Team. In the past years, golf and tennis have been two of the least recognized sports in Montana, but with the lnterscholastic Meet offering many opportunities. these sports are becoming popular.
