To take in all the games in the world series To the Students of Bozeman Senior High School I am happy and grateful for this opportunity to greet the students of Bozeman Senior High School on the occasion of the distribution of our yearbook The Aerief' The name, Aerie has been chosen as the official title, and means The nest for homej of the Hawksf, Fittingly, it is a homey, pictorial representation of the activities of Bozeman High School students, and de- picts the major achievements of individuals, organiza- tions, and service groups throughout the school. But this year, especially, because we are in new surround- ings, our annual must perform an added service. It must capture the spirit of the students and their will- ingness to meet responsibilities. The experience of being the first students to occupy the New Senior High School will forever be a treas- ured memory. You met the challenge well and your response was most heartening. The leadership and traditions you introduced and established will long serve as a pattern to guide the future destiny of the school. Your unselfish approach to the solution of problems, the wholesome attitudes you instilled and your will- ingness to cooperate, are humble means of showing your gratitude for the many sacrifices your parents and patrons made that Bozeman Senior High might become a reality. HINEY P. LUND, Principal Zaman! af 74:4 JOHN SHIVELY, Superintendent of Schools A '6Board of Trusteesw is a group of local citizens elected by the people to serve without pay as the governing body of the school district.
