CLASS Senior Class Adviser Mr. Steinmullerg Beverly Reigh fTreas.lg Ronald Wasson fVice Presjg Roseann Drabinsky CSec.Jg and Daniel Ritter fPres.D. Graduates of 1954 Our four years here are coming to a close. We must soon seek our fortunes in the vari- ous fields of occupations. For some of us there is sadness of what we are leaving as well as gladness for what is to come. We go forth with ambition, integrity, and knowl- edge. Armed with these we hope to go far. Among the memories we hold dear are our various trips, proms, and gym exhibitions. Our trip to New York is unforgettable as are the ones to Gettysburg and Harrisburg. We are all sorry that gym exhibitions are tem- porarily discontinued but remember the good times and excitement of previous ones. The Class play, It's a Great Life, was enjoyed by all. The cast under the direction of Mrs. Fryer couldn't have done a better job. The blue and white you've seen will soon be replaced by the colors of the coming class: we hope they get as much wear and enjoy- ment out of their sweaters as we got from ours. We leave behind a good sports record and hope you who follow will keep it high. Along with that is the terrific band and marching unit which appeared at the games. Our senior prom was a highlight of the year, as was the senior dance we gave. Our trip to the court house in Reading as well as the one we took to Washington were looked forward to eagerly. We planned for them and expected them to be happy occasions, espe- cially the one to Washington since we knew it would be the last time we all would be together. We shall be remembered as the first class to graduate under the new jointure. Homeroom teachers will especially remem- ber some of us for always returning excuse blanks late or not at all. With these few memories in closing, we the class of 54 depart, with best wishes to those who follow. UFFIGERS
