Junie Thorn and llorie Stylist . . . After a hard workout, a shower really is refreshing. R. Schell and J. Evans do some spirited clowning in the shower room. got lost and ended up in a boy's health class when she thought it was social studies. One of our first big thrills was the first junior high prom. Everyone eagerly anticipated this event and danc- ing lessons were given in the gym. Finally the big night arrived and it was discovered that the boys enjoyed eat- ing more than dancing. What a change from this prom was our tenth grade prom. The biggest party ever highlighted this eve- ning following the prom at June Rose's house. The party attended by twenty-six seemed to have no end. Finally at 2 a.m. there was a sudden realization of the time as the clanging of the milkman's bottles was heard on the porch. Then to bed only to arise an hour later to go on the unforgettable trip to Penn State with the Press Club. A carry-over from the boys catch the girls era was the tenth grade boys who wore their date catching suspenders and bow ties to school. As our class motto says, We are now becoming what we are to be, but, after recalling a few experiences of the past, we can only wonder what we are to be. l
