This was the fire here and since four of us, Lois Stegeman, Marian Carol class of 'U9, began t year of kindergarten Meester, Lois Paulson, and Milton Scholten, had attained the old age of six, and our fellow class- mates were still five, we were out in the first grade with Norman Petr1ch,, Delores Rouwenhorst, and Roy Rosenboom who had been retained the year before, Our teacher vas Miss Esther M, Olson, and now that we were a firmly establish ed class we started olr hard tasns of coloring between the lines and reading nD1ef snd Janen booms.
