The governing body for all fraternities on campus, the Inter- fraternity Council consists of two members from each organi- zation. With the return of many men to the campus, the Council became faced with many new problems, one of which was making it possible for more men to belong to organized groups. ln this connection, it set up rules whereby new local groups could petition national fraternities. With this new expansion and in cooperation with the Wood County Inter-fraternity Council, it inaugurated. a Greek Week. They entertained national oiiicers and memloers ot Kappa Delta and Alpha Gamma Delia with teas when the two groups came into Panhellenic. They also approved charters for two new local sororities, Theta Phi and Sigma Rho Tau. The Council awarded the scholarship cup to the sorority having the highest grades.
