The k1tchen IS fu1'n1shed 1n four separate un1ts, each 111 a d1fferent color and w1th d1ffere11t equ1pment There are all steel cabmets, double s1nks, tables chan-s, and stoves 1n the latest styles as well as a gar bage d1sposal,washer dryer,and dlshwasher We are all proud of these unprovernents The g1rls espec1ally, enjoy worklng 1n the depart ment and take a del1ght 1n show1ng lt to v1s1tors i NEW IMPROVEMENTS AT BOWIE HIGH Durlng the summer the I-Iomernaklng Depart ment was completely renovated New hard wood floors were la1d 1n the sew1ng room and d1n1ng room and t1le 1n the lutchen A wall was removed between the pantry and d1n1ng room, mak1ng the latter much larger All walls were repa1nted, new cab1nets were bu1lt 1n the d1111ng roo1n, and new l1ght f1xtures were mstalled throughout 'Led Lb The Annual Staff and all the football fans are proud of the new concess1on stand, wh1ch was f1n1shed Just 1n t1rne for the f1rst game of the season We are grate ful to the School Board for f1nanc1ng lt and to Mr R1ley, Luke, and H B for bu1ld1ng lt T .z Q7 ' - 7 . .
