GRADE 4 PRESENTS PEA YS Puppet plays are the main project for the fourth grade. GRADE 6 EDITS NEWSPAPER The sixth graders published their own newspaper this year using all the skills they have learned in English class. GRADE 2 USES TELEPHONE The students are: FIRST ROW: Timothy Carlson, Karen Gabriel, Billy Aldinger, Lowell Perman, Monica Schmierer. SECOND ROW: Aldeen Sandmeier, Derek Eisenbeisz, David Stotz, Sherri Towers, David Stephan, Timothy Geier. THIRD ROW: Mrs. Heckenliable, Shannon Jordre, Charlene Thomas, Mary Heilman, Todd Bachman, Max Buech- ler. The second graders have been busy learning the correct way to use the telephone. The Bell Telephone Company has pro- vided the telephones used by the students. The second graders have been learning such things as how to dial correctly, how to answer the telephone properly, and how to speak correctly into the telephone. The students have also set up their own telephone station with the first graders and enjoy talking to them on the telephone. GRADE 1 SHOWS MANNERS Manners” is the theme used by the first graders this year. The students have been using words such as please and thank you to show their courtesies. These common courtesies are being used throughout the school day. Mrs. Bieber has been stressing the importance of good manners as they continue on their jour- ney through school. The students are: FIRST ROW: Janet Dewald, Robin Van Well, Jonny Aldinger, Camille Jordre, Myron Haar.
