PROGRESS In addition to their many activi- ties, the freshmen have an added advantage never before offered in high school. The freshmen are allowed to take advanced classes such as Typing I, which is usu- ally offered to sophomores only. This is done in order to allow them to take more classes next year and ease their load of class- es throughout high school. There are many freshmen boys who are also taking advantage of the extracurricular activities such as basketball and football. Many take part in one or the other or both. Many also participate in track. It is believed that many stars will come out of this pro- gressing class.
