The rat lovers are: Valynn Perman, Candice Lemke, Susie Person, and Jayne Schlepp. The juniors filled their year in many different ways. The most out- standing thing that the juniors did was helping out in the time of need. During the tragedy that claimed the Peterman house and all their pos- sessions, the juniors circulated sheets of paper with the children's clothing sizes on them. These were distributed all through the town. Every street was covered and the juniors received a numerous amount of clothing while out on the drive. After this was done, many of the girls volunteered to help at the Le- gion Hall with sorting out clothes that people brought. 14

LEND HAND Valynn Perman Susie Person Bonnie Schuh The juniors annual magazine drive was considered a great success. The total intake was a little over three hundred dollars. This money will go towards the Jun- ior-Senior Prom. The juniors also worked hard on this project. An important event for the juniors was Homecoming week. The juniors received first place on their skit entitled A Word From Our Sponsor. They also had the responsibility of decorating the stage for the coro- nation program. Later on in the year, the juniors began making plans for the Junior-Senior Prom. After the anxious mo- ment had arrived and the excitement of the prom was over, the juniors began making plans for the coming year and their graduation.
