This was a very rewarding and busy year for the Seniors. The first major decision made by the Seniors, was deciding who deserved the honor of being the royalty candidates for Home- coming. Other major events enjoyed by the Seniors, were the trips to Pierre and Redfield. In Pierre, the Seniors saw the State Government in action. The basic concepts of govern- ment were learned earlier in Government class. The Mental Retardation Center at Redfield was an addition to Sociology and Psychology classes. The event that most of the Seniors had been waiting for came on Graduation Day May 25th.
