The drivers' education class sent delegates to the Safety Convention in Pierre and began organizing a Safe- ty Council in their class. A new addition to their cur- riculum was a speech class the first semester. They decorated the stage for baccalaureate and gradua- tion and held a Senior Tea for the seniors and their parents. Sophomore officers were Candice Bieber, Secretary; Margaret Gross, President; Janell Leidholt, Treasurer; Dean Mertz, Vice-President; Mr. Ottenbacher, Advisor.
