gecretarij Mrs. Robert Putnam The new face behind the secretary's desk in the superintendent's office is Mrs. Putnam. Keeping the records of the school straight is just one of the many jobs she is confronted with during the school year. Making out the lunch tickets is another of her tasks. Though at times her jobs are very tedious, she is always cheerful and has a ready smile. PerJeiotel Five bus drivers drive five buses on the routes five days a week two times a day. In rain, snow, or shine the buses are there every morning to transport the students to school. Besides this, there are basketball games, music contests, special student trips, and other types of events for which they are required to drive. The school year is long, and the busdrivers have done a fine job keeping their spirits up and their tempers down during the long haul to and from school. eh fcutij Emil Bonen has been janitor of Bowdle School for 10 years. From early morn- ing until late at night, he is on the job, fixing this and cleaning that. Although his job requires many hours of work, he is never too busy to do that little extra. LEFT TO RIGHT: Joe Stappler, Larry Bauer, Hugo Blumhardt, Dwight Commet, and Gordon Stotz. Emil Bonen The cooks of Bowdle School have done an outstanding job of preparing meals this school year. Having meals ready for 200 students a day is no small job, and it is surprising how tasty the meals are each day. LEFT TO RIGHT: Mrs. Martin Buckenberger, Mrs. Emil Bonen, and Mrs. Gust Dumdie.
