They help to carry on the traditions of the school, and are on hand to answer any questions which might arise. This year, the smoking regulation was discussed, and with Frankie's help in getting a true picture of the facts, the regulation was adopted and backed enthusiastically by the student body. l26l The council takes its duties seriously, and feels a good deal of pride in arriving at conclusions which are for the greatest interest of the majority of the students and the school. School Government has built up certain traditions for the school, and a nice spirit of friendliness prevails. This school year has gone well. How could it be otherwise with a responsive student body standing back of the council!
