When we were Silly Sophomores . . . Remember . . . our class officers: Presi- dent: Carole Bradford, Vice-President: Linda Magoulas, Secretary: Claire Zavrid, and Trea- surer: Linda Cubellis. Remember . . . our peppy cheerleaders: Carole Bradford, Tara Carbaugh, and Ann Young. Remember . . . our high-throwing ma- jorettes: Terri Clonts, Diane Putt, and Debbie Scott. Remember . . . the Thanksgiving Day game and the dance af- terwards with Carole Bradford and Kyle Tucy as our representa- tives to the Home- coming Court. Remember . . . how much fun Slave Day 1972 was. Remember . . . the bomb scares in the rain. Remember . . . dissecting the frog in Biology and how half the class ended up in the nurse ' s office by the end of the day. Remember . . . throwing the knobs off the legs of the chairs in study hall at the fresh- men!!— (and sometimes hitting a teacher or two ! ) . Remember . . . dragging the girls in the boys ' bathrooms! ! Remember . . . donkey basketball. Remember . . . the visit to (Ha! Ha!) and victory over Mo- hawk Regional.

When we were Finky Freshmen . . . Remember . . . our class officers: Presi- dent: Danny Sweeney, Vice-President: Sandy Wiesner, Secretary: Sue Jarvis, and Treasurer: Mary Jane Anderson. Remember . . . the magazine drive. Remember . . . Remember . . . Remember . . . Remember . . . Remember . . . Remember . . . Remember . . . Remember . . . Remember . . . Remember . . . being yelled and jeered at by the seniors at pep rallys. dropping your first lunch tray and turning BEET RED when everyone started to clap and laugh at you! I the first time you skip- ped and got away with it!! trying to memorize everyone elses locker combination. telling one of your fri- ends NOT TO TELL anyone who your latest crush was for and the next day the whole school knew! I ! doing your Algebra homework in English and getting caught at it! getting called on in class for an answer and you didn ' t know what the question was be- cause you were too busy watching the sea- gulls out the window. having a substitute teacher and how the whole class tried to confuse her by switch- ing names with each other. being told to go find another teacher and you didn ' t know what in the world he looked like!! how you knew it was Monday because they served hamburgers for lunch.

Remember . . . how we used to take cuts in the lunch line by telling all the fresh- men we were SE- NIORS! !— (they even believed us some- times! ! ). Remember . . . girls ' basketball practice in the gym and how one certain boy was thrown into the game!?! Remember . . . I Remember . . . Remember . . . the Homecoming Court with our lovely repre- sentatives Chris Night- ingale and Kyle Tucy. our fast-twirling major- ettes: Terri Clonts and Debbie Scott and how the first majorette tour- nament was held in the history of BHS. the French Club trip to Quebec!! Remember . . . Remember . . . Remember . . . Remember . . . our shining queen, Chris Nightingale, and the other members of the Prom Court: Linda Cubellis, Kathy Curtis, Laurie Jones, Janette Sorenti, and Kyle Tucy; who contributed in making the evening a very memorable one for all who attended. taking Driver ' s Ed. and how the girls didn ' t even know what a flooded carborator was! Spirit Day 1972 and the biggest and best pep rally Bourne High had ever seen! taking the SAT ' s and during the testing thinking you didn ' t have a brain in the world! Remember . . . the Battle of the Bands.
