SPEAR Page Tourlcvn BY NANCY R I The skating party was a huge success Everyone made it so Our dance was grand a Winter Wonderland With plenty of ice and snow In 5 3 we were halfway through More settled and somewhat older We felt deep pride in keeping in stride With the problems we had to shoulder. We had a gay time at the lamboree Twas a colorful lively affair' The Elks was the scene for a midwinter dream For our junior Prom was held there. In '54 we came back again, Reaching for our crown. This was the lastg the others had passed, It was our turn now to step down. We did our best in the Senior Play, Which proved to be worth the time: The Senior Ball was the best of all, Our year became sublime. Cur four years have been spent in haste, But our Hrst aim in life has been found: So we bid farewell to a school so swell As we leave in our cap and gown. ITTER
