me Qi 1 i 2 Student Council The student council was remodeled into its present form about twenty years ago. Originally four teachers represented the faculty, but the num- ber has gradually been reduced to one. This year the sponsor is Mr. XVilson. The purpose ol' this group is to make student government possible. Annually the council sponsors All Prep Day, Boulder High's most fes- tive day. This year they sponsored the Alumni Dance and several smaller dances. The hrst state student conference was held here in Boulder. Every year since the founding of this conference, Prep has sent delegates. The President of the Council is the Head Boy this year, Paul Riley. Barbara McKee. President of the Senior Class, is the Vice-President of the group. The secretary and the treasurer are. respectively, Fred Twiggs and Roland Gregory.
