SCAN The student council ot' lloulder High was organized to promote the ideal ol' a more democratic school. lt is the duty ol' the student council to enact new laws involx'in,q student problems and conduct. Their decisions are made with the cooperation ot' students through the home- rooms. The council consists ol' the head boy, head girl, trip chair! man, toot king, Your faculty members, and twenty-four stu- dent representatives. During' the year the organization sent delegates to two conferences, one at Estes Park and one at Fort Collins. In addition to their student governing duties, the council has sponsored several all-school activities. They included the alumni dance, hi-monthly afternoon socials, and all-prep day. GULSS -uf The senior class of 'll faces with pride the end of a suc- cessful year-a year never to be forgotten because of the many unusual activities made possible by the zeal and initia- tive of our senior class members. For the first time in the history of lioulder High, the seniors will wear caps and gowns at graduation. l'nder the leadership of the senior class, the llidden Talent Show, the lZooster's Yodvil, and the formation of a new senior girl's pep club were successfully executed. Our new school banner was designed by a senior boy, and a num- ber of seniors excelled in sports and scholastic activities. As a conclusion to the year's achievements we are proud to pre- sent a colorful and interesting Odaroloc. This year's activities were under the direction of our president and llead Girl, -lane Vurtze, the class secretary, Paul l,aTorra, and two sympathetic and understanding sponsors, Miss Marian Park and Mr. Arthur Lawrence. Because of the thoughtfulness, the good humor, and the personal charm of our teachers, we will carry with us many happy memories. l'pon observing the undergraduates, we are convinced they will not only profit by our mistakes, but because of their intelligence and ability will be able to ac- complish many things that we may have left unfinished. As to the seniors. wherever we may go or whatever we may attempt. may we bring honor to the name of Boulder High.
