Richey, Tommy C. Nelson. In 1951 a Departmental Order was issued providing for the establishment of an Advisory Council in Boulder City. The Council is composed of seven members, 4 of whom are elected by the citizens. Of the other 3, one represents the Bureau of Reclamation, one the power allottees and one the other Government agencies having an interest in the Boulder City area.
