The long-awaited readerboard, revision of the sports code, a successful canned food drive, and a general sense of uplifted spirit and morale were all accomplishments of the ASB officers and Legislative Council. Under the supervision of Ron Wayman, the ASB created new committees such as one for school pride and for welcoming newcomers. With the readerboard finally a reality fafter 13 yearsl, the ASB officers started a fire under the dormant Student Lounge. Officers were Sven Jonassen, presidentg Anna Prata, vice presidentg Laurie Eickhoff, secretaryg Sue Bottem, treasurerg and Marlene Brookhart and Cathy Pogue, activities directors. he latest in fashion was shown by Laurie Eickhoff at the ASB eeting.
