Occlfaide, 1' :raking '7n This isa picture of Bothell High School. But what mere camera can photograph a school--any school-and present a true picture of it? For a school is more than just a building with teen-age stu- dents inside, spacious lawns outside, a blue sky with a few clouds overhead. A school reflects the personality of the students it shelters and their hopes and desires make up its purposes, ideals and principles, its reason for being. No chain is stronger than its weakest link but, from the outside looking in, it is hard to distinguish what and who pro- vides the driving force. You can see its impressive brick structure and per- haps catch a glimpse of its corridors or classrooms filled with busy students, but you aren't actually able to tell why the school functions so smoothly and at such an effortless pace. No photo- graph is a true picture of a school.
