,rTu: SQUIRT ECHOES We students take pride in editing our yearbook, and we also take pride in dedicating it. This year we feel that we have made an excellent decision. To you, Mr. Morgan, our teacher, our friend, and helper, we dedicate our ECHOES. Many times we feel discouraged with our studies or our losses in competi- tive sports. Someone is always there to cheer us on and help us keep our chins high—it is you, Mr. Morgan. You have laughed with us and cried with us. You took our smallest problems and treated them as if they really mattered because you knew they did matter. We want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We will never forget you. To the one man who has influenced the warming of school spirit and patri- otism in the hearts of students for fourteen years, we dedicate our 1961-1962 edition of ECHOES. School Spirit School spirit is the chain that binds our school together. We sincerely hope that we have captured the true feeling of the friendship and together- ness that is felt here at Boswell High School, in this, our Echoes of It has been our goal to cause those who look back through these pages in future years to recall the strong feeling of union which they once felt for their school. The hours of work have been long; but our efforts will be worthwhile if we have been able to do our small part in strengthening and preserving this bond. Thank You, Mrs. Krill For the past five years you have been our advisor in planning and preparing our yearbook. You, Mrs. Krill, are the key to its success. For if you hadn't been there when the going gat rough ws are certain we would never ha« accomplished our goals. It was your enthusiasm and pleasant smile that gave us the initiative to keep working. This one page is yours. Perhaps it isn't a sufficient reward for five years of work; but we believe we express the feelings of all the previous Echoes Staffs when we say, Mrs. Krill, you're the greatest. For three years he has been the Blaokhawk manager. When everything went wrong, he was the one who got blamed. Many people think that being a manager Is very easy and Is a good way to achieve a letter or Jacket, Actually It Is a Job with much res- ponsibility. Bill has worked very hard as a manager. He was the announcer of the Coach-All Star game this year. All the sports salesmen know Bill because of his hard work to keep the coach on the ball. Whenever the team needed something, you could always hear the yell nWa-Wa from the back of the dressing room. Whenever the team or coach lost something. Bill was the one who had to find It. This year Bill graduates and he has achieved the highest award given to an athlete, a Jacket. I know that I will miss Bill very much next year, not Just as a manager, but as a swell boy who has a true Interest In sports and people. When next year comes and I have to find another manager, I hope I can find another BWa-Wa. JR. HIGH SCHOOL MRS.
