hee Y I. LA B U s '-we we 'T ' M r' mmm The Senate i The Senate is composed of members of the faculty of the school and cor- s responds to the United States Senate in Washington. Its purpose is to take up if bills sent from the House of Representatives and exercise the right of supervision over the House, which in turn has the right of supervision over college activities. Q Bills are introduced in the House and proceed to the Senate, Where either 'F' acceptation or rejection is made. The system may work vice versa also, but rarely 1 ever does. The presiding officer over the Senate is Dean Lord of the college, who in his position corresponds to the President of the United States. Dean Lord has a Cabinet similar to the Cabinet of President Hoover it being composed of students from X each class in the college.
