' Front Row: Johnson, VVcsl, Slilcs, Hzunilloll, Professor Yventworth Williams was appointed coach of the cheer team by President Daniel L. Marsli, early in September. Aided by his experience, which has been quite extensive, our cheer leaders have taken charge of the student support ' at our athletic contests with the result that a great volume of unified cheering has been very much in evidence this year. A call was made for material early in the fall with the result that many upper classmen were on hand, from which the fellows in the above group were chosen as V being the most capable for the Work. U Shortly after President lllarsh appointed VVilliams to this position, the Boston J University Alumni Association furnished uniforms for the team. Practically all of 5 the cheer leaders were chosen from the junior class which means that next year they 'o again will be available as cheer leaders. l 17 5, .
