It was the first Jewish National Fraternity in this 1-ountry. Its purpose is to afford a pleasant soc-ial background for young c-ollege men and to give them the opportunity of social intercourse whic-h should result in the uphuilding of their eliarat-ters and in the inc-uleation of a greater love and toler- ance for their fellows. At present there are thirty-six ac-tive c-hapters and twenty- two graduate elulms throughout the lvnited States and Vanada. Blu Chapter was established at Boston lvniversity in 1908. It is the third oldest fraternity in the l'niyersity. Bleu are taken from the Follege of Business .hKlII1lIl- 5 istration, Law School, and College of Lilmeral Arts.
