The International Fraternity of Delta Sigma Pi. composed of thirty-nine chapters. located over the fnited States and Vanada, is a professional business fraternity, which is non-sectarian. lt draws men from business colleges of the type of the follegge of Business Administration of Boston University. The aims of the fraternity are best explained by the preamble of its constitu- tion. which reads: A fraternity organized to foster the study of business in uni- versities: to encourage scholarship and the association of students for their mutual advancement by research and practice: to promote closer atliliatiori between the commercial world and the students of commerce: and to further a high standard of commercial ethics and Culture, and the civic and commercial welfare of the com- munity. Une of the ways that the fraternity has of fostering the studying of business in universities is by offering each year a medal. known as the Delta Sigma Pi Scholar- ship Medal, to the upper classman that secures the highest scholastic standing. Nu chapter is both professional and social in nature. The aims and ideals of Alpha Kappa Psi are: To further the individual welfare of its members, to foster scientific research in the fields of commerce, accounts, and linanceg to educate the public to appreciate and demand higher ideals thereing and to promote and advance in collegiate institutions, courses leading to degrees in business administration.
