The delay in organizing this year prevented us from holding a social until hlarch 15. This dance, as its predecessor, was held at the Vendome and was also a success. It took the form of a INIid-Lent Novelty Party. Prizes were given to the fortunate couples in two novelty dances that were appreciated by the members and friends present. In keeping with the custom adopted by the class in its first year, New Year cards were sent to the faculty and members of the class. The sentiment was ex- pressed in the following lines: Joyfully may the New Year start And happily may it end, This is the Wish that comes to you Right from the heart of friends. U To continue our friendships and enthusiasm, several week-end parties have been planned for the Summer vacation. VVhile these parties may not be financial successes, they will keep up activities and place the class in a position to be more prominent during the year 1929-1930.
