The Bureau presents to the public the PY'0gl'0Ss of the faculty, zulministration and student activities. The Alumni Association is a vital link between the University and former students. The association serves the University and graduates in two ways. First. of all by maintaining up-to-date records of graduates, by plan- ning general and departmental reunions, establishing Boston University Clubs throughout. the United States and also through the publishing of Bostonfia, the Boston University alunmi magazine, secondly by sponsoring a fund dedicated to furthering the interests of Boston University in whatever area there is need of assistance. Nine times yearly the alumni magazine Bostonfia is published for all members of the Alumni Association. It contains news of University events, alunmi activities such as reunions, club news and notes on individual classes. The Boston U 'l'tfIi'l107'Sttflj News Letter is mailed to 40,000 alunmi, informing those who do not receive Iiostonirr of University activities. The Boston University alunmi clubs have become one of the most popular phases of the new alunmi pro- gram instituted by Mr. Freeman. Several clubs are now flourishing in Denver, San Francisco, and .Los Angeles. Ntr.
