i iv.. Blue Print Reading REMEJ Work In all of the fourteen shops of the Boston Trade High School we have trade educated men to teach us boys the subject motter which is closely related to our trades, but which cannot be taken up in the shop itself. These instructors teach us the scientific and mathematical principles underlying our work in the shops, at all times, as far os is possible, matching their instruction with the shop projects being carried on at the time. Another thing these instructors do is to inform us about the latest de- velopments in shop practice and shop equipment, developments which are too recent to be available in the shops themselves. ln this way, we future mechanics are given not only the fundamental theories of common shop practices but an insight into what we may expect to meet in advanced indus- try.
