Had a baseball game this afternoon at Greensfork and we won 8-2. Another game today. We played Centerville here and lost 14-3. Played Williamsburg and lost 13-'7. Shirley drove to the Economy game and got pulled through a car window by a certain Romeo! Remember Shirley? By the way we won the game 24-3. Another game here with Fountain City. We won 5-4. Freshman Initiation was held today. A program was held in the Study Hall iStudy Hall, Hall. There were some very odd looking creatures I assure you. Game with Riley here. We lost 7-5. Game at Milton, Judy drove. Also the man came to start us on our magazine sales. The Juniors received their playbooks today. The play is Two Dates for Tonight. Sounds interesting. The F. F, A, had their paper drive today. , Game at Whitewater, Mary Frances drove. We won 3-2. And everybody stopped for a mug of beer frootj on the way home. Oh, I almost forgot the Juniors got their class rings today. Girls, take notice! Remember when we got ours last year. The Farm Bureau Supper was held tonight. To reward all the 4-H members with their pins. The Juniors will have their first play practice tonight! Sure would like to be there. But no VISITORS allowed! Game this afternoon played Webster, and got beat. Tryouts for cheerleaders were today. Barbara Cain, Mary lane Bonar, Linda Kitchel and Caroline Klemperer are the new cheerleaders. Congratulations! Last night the basketball boys were on exhibition. They have new suits this year. We played our first basketball game of the season Friday night and we won 49-45. But it was a close-shave all the way. Last night we played Milton and won by 1 point. Lowell Godsey made the once in a life-time basket. Another game tonight and we won again! Played Webster. The Juniors presented their play last night. It was a real confused-crazy-mixed up play. Last night we played Greensfork and we won. Sure was a game though. Hope everyone got to see our mascot, which we placed in the middle of the floor. Seniors went to Richmond for X-Rays today. Tonight we met our biggest rival: Centerville and we won by 1 point. Many more games like that and we'll probably be missing a few people. Reason: Heart Failure. Another basketball game tonight. And we defeated Milton. Heard that we made the headlines in the Indianapolis Star. The F. F. A. had their Harvest Ball Saturday night and guess who's the Sweetheart of the F, F. A, Mary Jane Bonar! From what I heard the way some people spent money you would have thought that they had robbed a bank! I bet there's a lot of empty pockets this week.

Score 55-53. Tonight we got back in the groove and won our basketball game. Economy was the victum. The Girls Chorus had a party at Mrs. Hines house tonight. Pat Benner supplied us with a few hilarious stories. You should have heard them! Judy had a slumber party last night at which we exchanged our Christmas gifts. None of us went to bed till 4:00 a. m. Lola lost a few buttons and Beverly was quite torn up. fKnow what I mean girls?J We ate till we were sick and swore we had prowlers. What a night! Got our of school today at 11:30 for Christmas vacation. Merry Christmas everybody and Happy New Year. Semester ended today and we got our report cards. I bet a lot of students would like to take a South-bound train rather than to go home with their report cards! Game at Whitewater and we lost 54-60. We had Minstrel practice tonight. We had Minstrel dress rehearsel tonight. Oh, that black paint! The Minstrel was the 13th. Today the school of Boston will go down in History. Why? Because of the Boston Bean Battle! Beans, Beans, everywhere! But no casualties! The Alumni game was held tonight. The Varsity team won 50-37. Also the Seniors had a Chili Supper before and after the game. Where was everybody? There was enough Chili left to swim in! Old Man Weather showed his teeth today. The weather got so bad we had to go home at 1:30. I didn't mind though. Did you? Game with Greensfork played at Centerville tonight and we won. The F. F. A, boys put on a style show for the Men's Club tonight. Man, Oh, Man after seeing those boys looking like they did it makes you wonder. They were a riot! The Class Tourney was held and the Juniors won. The Seniors are having a donkey basketball game tonight. And who's going to ride those vicious little animals? Well, thats anybodys guess. The Senior Class gave their play last night. I thought it was very good even ifl do say so. Her Step Husband. The Junior and Senior Reception will be held tonight. The big event of the year. Have fun everybody The Alumni Banquet was held last night for the Seniors. Well, we graduate tonight! After 12 years of fun and study. We leave tomorrow for our Senior trip. Bon Voyage!
