YV e ca11't tell you about the can for it is beyond t11e limited scope of our descriptive powers. But know ye all that Frank fhardly anyone calls hin1 Mac5 is our All-Scholastic end! For three years now he has held down a berth on the football team besides scintillating i11 track, basketball and baseball. He cap- tains the baseball team this spring. Here is a real college prospect. Despite all this he is very modest, even to the point of retiring. He is naturally popular. He has handled class offices capably. A quiet sort of chap, with legions of friends, we feel sure that wherever the parting road may take us, our last liiigering thoughts will be of Mecca, as he is known to all.

Allan-quiet, reserved, unassertiveg and yet somehow, one senses that down beneath l1is cl-oak of modesty there are latent powers----the talents of a leader Born to lead but content to follow seems to tit him. He has such an appealing smile-one that seems to grip to hold youg and o11e canit merely know Allan without. feeling that he is a true friend. He has always stood out like a rock of common sense amo-ng his somewhat boisterous fellowsg he is the one redeeming quiet boy in our noisy class. Invariably the class begins with his recitation and needless to say, the day has always had an auspicious beginning. Here we make a prophecy: someday, something or somebody, will in some way, somehow, get under Allan's skin and then all the pent up sinouldering fires in that mighty frame -of his will break forth to rock the world. We'1'e rooting for you Allan-go to it.
