Judge not too harshly. For four ye-ars Bill has been entertaining the class with his interesting bits of literature. During that time he has contributed stories, poems, essays, etc., too numerous to men- tion 5 and -other bits and snatchesv too humorous to mention. A man of moods he can seem to change from a sombre, serious writer of poems and beautiful thoughts to a laughing humorist, with gems of Witticism and satire flowing from his fam-ous pen. Every night we have mar- veled at his speed as he raced madly after his City Point carg We Wonder Why he hurried home to South Boston? Billfs Wit, humor, puns and even his more serious and thoughtful Works have kept us interested on many occasi-ons and we hope he remains with us through the future. When- ever there was 21 left-handed function or a cosine to be squared or whatever it is you do fthe writer is far from a trig inarvelb , John was always eagerly sought out. He was the class oasis. John was always beseiged by his desperate class-mates, either to do trig or to promise service at the Arena. But John wasn't a center of interest for those reasons alone-quiet, willing, obliging, friendly John is Hanlon's only rival 5 together their aggregate height equals one of Sliney's shot- puts. John, a sch-olarship student, has always been a. credit to our class-a brilliant student, a11 energetic worker and a real friend.
