'I .-.J f a it J' . I I I fl e t if .4 A principal's message can be no more than a reiteration of what I believe and try to practice day by day - I believe in human worth and potential and that these are the greatest gifts we have. fl I believe in self-discipline because this is what makes potential ower. l believe kindness can overcome many problems. I also know we must work at being kind each day. It is an elusive quality. I believe the world gives back to use what we give to it. We have a responsibility to our fellowmen. And, lastly I know that I love Borrego Springs High School. It and the people who have walked its path have been good to me. I want the best for each, but begrudge me the idiosyncrasy of believing seniors are special. You have made my first year as principal a joy. I hope I have been able to make this an enjoyable year for you. David H. West Principal Borrego Springs High School QQ A . T92 yn 1 - Q oil Ii School Board Dr. John H.
