DEAR BMCC 1978 GRADUATES: I am especially pleased that I am the one, as the new dean of stu- dents, to be able to congratulate you during your final year at BMCC. I have been particularly happy with the calibre of student that I have met, talked to andworkedclosely with this year. I am hopeful that BMCC will continue to graduate students as fine as your class.
