Each advisory elects a representative to serve as its Steering Committee member. This person goes to all class meetings and conveys the ideas of the advisory at these meetings. The repre- sentative holds voting power for his advisory. The members of the Steering Committee make reports to their advisory of all things which are voted on in the class meetings.
